• Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order Items: These items are generally eligible for returns, provided they are shipped back within 7 days of receipt, unused, and unworn.

• Custom Commissioned Designs: Due to their personalised nature, custom designs are non-refundable as they cannot be resold. If you encounter an issue with your commissioned piece, please reach out to us to discuss potential solutions.
