Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Domestic Shipping Within Australia: 3-5 business days
- International Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $500.
Geographic Coverage We currently ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Orders are delivered Monday-Friday during business hours. A signature may be required for delivery for custom pieces. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with pickup instructions.
Lost or Damaged Packages Please contact us within 48 hours if your package arrives damaged or if you believe it's lost. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
